We understand that plans can change. To ensure fair access for all players, the following cancellation terms apply:

Court Bookings

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your booking time will receive a full refund through the Playtomic app.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking are non-refundable.

No Shows

If you do not attend your booking, a refund will not be issued.

Weather Cancellations

If the courts are unplayable due to weather conditions, your booking will be cancelled automatically through Playtomic and you will receive a refund or credit.

Group Bookings & Events

Separate cancellation terms may apply for private events and group bookings.
