By booking or using the Rotto Racket Sports Pickleball Courts on Rottnest Island, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Use at Own Risk
   
   All players and visitors use the courts and surrounding facilities entirely at their own risk. Rotto Racket Sports and the Rottnest Island Authority accept no responsibility for any injury, loss or damage arising from the use of these facilities.
   
   
2. Player Responsibility
   
   Players are responsible for their own safety and must take reasonable care to prevent harm to themselves and others. Please check court surfaces and surroundings before play and avoid using the courts in wet or unsafe conditions.
   
   
3. Supervision
   
   These courts are unsupervised. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult (16 years and older) at all times.
   
   
4. Property and Equipment
   
   Users are responsible for their personal belongings and any hired or borrowed equipment. Rotto Racket Sports is not liable for loss, theft or damage.
   
   
5. Respect and Conduct
   
   Players must use the courts respectfully and adhere to Rottnest Island regulations and community standards. Please report any damage or maintenance issues to info@rottoracketsports.com.au.
