Returns
At Rotto Rackets Sports, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of our sporting equipment and limited-run items, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
Returns are only accepted where an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery so that we can assess the issue and make it right.

Claims reported outside this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return due to damage or fault:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging

Proof of purchase must be provided

The issue must not be the result of normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage after delivery
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Incorrect selection, size, or preference

Items damaged after use
Custom and limited-edition products (including branded paddles) are final sale, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
If an item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, we will advise on the appropriate next steps, which may include a replacement where stock is available.
Refunds (if applicable)
If a refund is approved following inspection:

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
